SmartAgent harnesses advanced BOT technology to enhance an agent’s efficiency and profitability, automating daily repetitive tasks and engaging with multiple operating systems in real-time.
The system performs operations directly on the GDC system 24/7, saving time & money so that agents can focus on what really matters – providing outstanding customer service.
We accompanied the Smart Agent management team in the process of branding, designing and developing the website and building the product that included a Web app and a Mobile app
